LET’S GET YOU CONNECTED
Tell us where you are and what you need help with. We’ll confirm whether we can assist, discuss the work and arrange an available appointment.
Serving Gauteng and Durban. Visits by arrangement. DStv-accredited service. Call for our accreditation number.
START THE CONVERSATION
A new DStv connection? A no-signal message? Moving home? A short description is all we need to begin. Include your suburb and decoder model if you know it.
This enquiry builder prepares a message in WhatsApp. It does not send anything automatically. You can review the message there before tapping Send.
Prefer the phone? Call 060 602 5754.
BEFORE THE VISIT
Yes. In WhatsApp, you can attach a photo of the decoder or the message on your television. Do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents. There is no need to photograph anything on the roof.
Tell us about the visitor booking process and arrange the access required by your estate. If new external equipment needs approval, obtain that before the appointment.
We will check availability for your suburb and the expected work. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment until the arrangements have been agreed with you.
DStv handles subscriptions, billing and account authorisation. Use the official DStv contact channels for account support.
