We began operating in 2003. Since then, we have carried out work for households and large businesses in South Africa and elsewhere in Africa. That track record covers new DStv installations, connections for business premises and the practical support people need when their viewing stops working.

Our monthly installation volumes are 12,000+ in Gauteng and 3,000+ in Durban. We have 67 trained installers across the two regions combined, backed by a busy operation handling calls, arranging appointments and coordinating teams out on the road.

Those numbers matter because there is a real team behind your booking. You can phone or WhatsApp us, explain the job and arrange the visit with the same business that will coordinate the work. We confirm the scope, the location and availability before giving you an appointment.

ACCREDITATION

DStv-accredited service.

We are an accredited DStv installations company. If you would like to check our accreditation before booking, call us and we will give you our accreditation number directly. We keep the number off the public website.

Use DStv’s official accredited installation page for its installation information and approved service options. Have the details we give you ready if you want to make your own checks.

We provide the on-site service discussed in your quote. DStv subscriptions, billing, account authorisation and manufacturer support remain separate, and we will tell you when a query needs to go directly to DStv.

Tell us what you want to achieve or what has stopped working. We ask about the decoder, the property and the equipment already in place so the visit has a clear purpose.

A clear scope of work

We explain the proposed work and discuss the quote. Equipment, additional cabling, unusual access and shared-system work can change the scope; those details should be agreed, not assumed.

Respect for your home

Cable routes, mounting positions and access matter. We discuss practical choices with you and take account of the permissions a landlord, managing agent or estate may require.

A useful handover

Before the job is finished, we run through the agreed viewing points and explain the setup. If an account issue still needs DStv’s attention, we make that distinction clear.

We have carried out work for Sasol, Makro and Game, alongside projects at casinos, hotels, guest houses and other retail stores. Working in these settings means understanding how the equipment is used, who needs access to it and how the viewing points fit into the premises.

A guest house may need viewing in several rooms. A hotel or retail site may have shared equipment and specific access arrangements. A homeowner may simply want the television ready for the evening. We discuss those details before planning the job; the size of the customer does not change the care we give the work.
